Patrick Henry, one of the founders of the United States, is famous for his phrase “Give me liberty, or give me death.” This statement inspired us in 2011 when we decided to open our first cocktail bar, aiming for a cocktail revolution. The phrase perfectly captured our mission.
For over 11 years, Liberty or Death has been at the forefront of the cocktail revolution in Helsinki. Our ever-evolving menu features classic cocktails with a twist and new, innovative creations, ensuring a fresh experience every visit. We craft our cocktails using seasonal ingredients and minimize waste by making many ingredients in-house.
